Removing old karaf manual from the web site

Carsten, could you please run the following command on people.apache.org (i
don't have the needed perms) ?
  > rm -Rf 1-overview.html 2-quick-start.html 21-quick-start-source.html
3-installation.html 4* 5* 6* 7*

The reason is that old karaf related files are still referenced and
available on the web site, even though they are not in confluence anymore.
Or if there's another synchronization mechanism, maybe something different
is needed ?
