[I] How to publish an updated website? [airavata-site]

   There does not seem to be any information on how to publish an updated copy of the website.
   
   There is information on how to test local changes, but it would help to describe how the public website is updated.
   
   Is there an automated build that does this?
   If not, what are the steps to publish the site?
