Trying to use the below settings in config.xml do not work if using CDVWKWebViewEngine they do work if set to CDVUIWebViewEngine

<preference name="OverrideUserAgent" value="Mozilla/5.0 My App" />

 <preference name="AppendUserAgent" value="My App" />
