Go to Admin>system>configuration. Search  for  'Financial-Year-Beginning-Month' and  disable it.

Create an  FD  product  (or  any saving product). and activate  it in  such way that  financial year end is in between the period of FD. 

Interest is getting posted at the end  of financial year to the  savings account.
