oracle java jdk 8u121-b13

calling /opt/apacheds-2.0.0-M23/bin/apacheds.sh stop will wait a very long time.
prompt comes back, but the server is still in memory.


calling /opt/apacheds-2.0.0-M23/bin/apacheds.sh stop a second time  will output an error:
Exception in thread "main" java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)

while the apacheDS is still up.
