Problems with the release

I tried to do a release this morning, but am seeing this:

test/etap/040-util........................FAILED test 12
	Failed 1/11 tests, 90.91% okay

Can someone take a look?

Looked. Can you look at my look to see if I saw the same thing that
was seen during your previous attempt? Perhaps I saw something
different. Or perhaps it merely seemed that what was seen was only an
illusion.

Also, should be fixed. Lemme know.
