[jira] [Commented] (INFRA-12366) Unstable Testing from ASF Jenkins
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-12366?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15472343#comment-15472343 ]
Chris Lambertus commented on INFRA-12366:
-----------------------------------------
If Cassandra is willing to purchase compute resources and provide us with full access, Infra will install, configure/puppetize, and join the box to Jenkins for your use. If you want to pursue this, you'd probably be looking in the neighborhood of €16/mo from one of our usual providers for an 8 core 16GB box.
I see the build now shows test results and the graph. What was needed to make them appear?

> I have added Apache Cassandra artifact builds and unit testing jobs in ASF's Jenkins and have had difficulty with getting stable results during test runs. There have been a good number of junit timeouts, as well as very different results when compared to running the tests in a dedicated Jenkins infrastructure.
> I will gather the test result details and include those in this ticket. I would like to see if we can work together on finding whatever problems are resulting in this instability, as I have been unable to figure it out myself.
