   The directive to create a staging profile from an asf-staging branch is currently unused, but is left in place in case the ZOOKEEPER project wants to create an asf-staging branch later, to test website changes before publishing. The idea is that the asf-staging branch should contain exactly what would be published in the asf-site branch, so both directives are needed in the file.
