[jira] [Created] (BIGTOP-4004) Revert Monkey Patch for Ambari Certificate Expiry Issue(#BIGTOP-3946)

Woosuk Ro created BIGTOP-4004:
---------------------------------

Summary: Revert Monkey Patch for Ambari Certificate Expiry Issue(#BIGTOP-3946)
                 Key: BIGTOP-4004
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-4004
             Project: Bigtop
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: build
            Reporter: Woosuk Ro
             Fix For: 3.2.1

With the recent updates from Apache Ambari addressing the certificate expiry issue for Bower Web, the monkey patch applied from the Bigtop side is no longer necessary. This patch was a temporary fix to address the certificate problem, but now that Ambari has provided an official solution, it's in our best interest to revert the monkey patch to maintain consistency and avoid potential conflicts in the future.

1. the monkey patch from Apache Bigtop side : https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-3946

2. Ambari updates :
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-25946,
[https://github.com/apache/ambari/commit/7d047f5330b94354933636868c599e8ff8afbde3]

By reverting the monkey patch, we aim to keep our system aligned with the official Ambari updates and ensure a smoother upgrade path in the future.
