Problem with daily binary distribution

The daily binary build seems to have stopped since
10th Dec. Same goes for the source distribution. I
cannot get the sources from CVS directly due to
firewall. Can the nightly build start again?

That was my fault.  You should be able to download nightly builds from last
night and tonight.  I will double check in the morning.
