[ANNOUNCEMENT] Tomcat 3.3-4m Security Update

Like Tomcat 4.0-beta-5 and Tomcat 3.2.2, Tomcat 3.3-m4 suffers
from the same security vulnerability resulting in the Tomcat 3.2.3
release today.  This vulnerability has been fixed in the current
nightly build, available at:

  http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat/nightly-3.3/

It will also be incorporated in Tomcat 3.3-beta-1 that should
be available later this week.
