   ### Description
   
    HikariCP is a solid, high-performance, JDBC connection pool at last. Starting from Spring boot 2.0, It is the default JDBC Connection Pool. Provide skywalking java-agent with  HikariCP plug-in.  
   
   
   
   ### Use case
   
   When the application service uses Hikari Connection Pool, it tracks the acquisition and closing of connections.
   
   ### Related issues
