    Add a version command to Fluo

    For loading data fluo apps build shaded jars to submit to map reduce and spark to run.  It would be nice if these shaded jars could be built with the version of fluo the user is running.  One simple way to do this would be to provide a `fluo version` command like Accumulo and Hadoop have.
