if log aggregation is disabled message is displayed

It would be helpfull to make link to nodemanager clickable.
This message is located in /hadoop-yarn-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/yarn/webapp/log/AggregatedLogsBlock.java but i could not figure out how to make link in hamlet framework.
