*STR:*
1) On "Step 7" of the install wizard (Customize Services) set a slider config to be more than a maximum.
2) Click next

*Result:*
No warnings were displayed. In the bottom of a screen appeared "Attention: Some configurations need your attention before you can proceed." for few moments. But then next page was displayed.

Also other UI validations do not cause warnings (only the stackadvisor validation errors are displayed).
Looks like this is a recent change.
