Deactivation DeltaSpikeContextExtension

Hello guys,

Would be great to make that extension deactivable.
FYI, http://deltaspike.apache.org/spi.html is wrong.

The key for the property should
be org.apache.deltaspike.core.spi.activation.ClassDeactivator and not
org.apache.deltaspike.core.api.activation.ClassDeactivator
