[Shale] Heads Up ... Refactoring the dialog package

After thinking about it a bunch, I'm going to refactor the
org.apache.shale.dialog package so that the basic package defines just
interfaces, and move the configuration and implementation classes into
subpackages.  That will help clarify exactly what access an
application should think it has to the underlying implementation
objects.

There shouldn't be any visible impact on application access (unless
you're using the setters to modify the configuration objects, which
are going to be removed from the interfaces).
