TCP transfor server help

<ma...@mtsint.com> I need to run a SOAP server on my Java
application (service on win32 & daemon on UNIX), since I can't use a web
server I want to use the Axis Tcp Transport option.
My problem is that I can't understand what and how to do it, I read the
user-guide and other stuff I found but it's made me more confused.
If someone have a good and simple explanation how and what to do or even
better a small example its will very appreciated.
