Improve Ant test framework to allow multiple stubs to be generated for a single test.
This is useful for compiling multiple stubs into a library, and for threaded tests which use multiple stubs.
At present the stubs have to be generated and added to a dynamic test client directory, and the test run as a dynamic client. This is dangerous as the stubs may become out of date if WSDL2Ws changes.
