antcall task and ant task nested param and nested property name-value pair not being pass to target.

           Summary: antcall task and ant task nested param and nested
                    property name-value pair not being pass to target.
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5Beta1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jang@ford.com

Running on W2K. Problem on both 1.5Beta1 and 1.6Apha(nightly).
1. Used the sample in the doc for antcall task.
<target name="default">
  <antcall target="doSomethingElse">
    <param name="param1" value="value"/>
  </antcall>
</target>
<target name="doSomethingElse">
  <echo message message="param1=${param1}"/>
</target>
2. Start ant to run this. Got the message:
param1=${param1}
instead of:
param1=value
3. Tried ant task instead:
<target name="default">
  <ant antfile="test.xml" target="doSomethingElse">
    <property name="param1" value="value"/>
  </antcall>
</target>
test.xml has the following:
<target name="doSomethingElse">
  <echo message message="param1=${param1}"/>
</target>

got the same result as #2.

Run these targets in 1.4.1 and got the right result!
