Soap problem.

Hello all!
I am new to SOAP. 
I have been trying to see in the archives if i could find the solution to my
problem but couldn't find anything.
So here it goes:
I have Tomcat set up to work with soap.
When i try to publish the addressbook obj using the command line version of
ServiceManagerClient i get this:

C:\TEMP\IBM-SOAP-1.2>java -cp
.\lib\ibm-soap.jar;.\lib\xerces.jar;.\lib\xmisoap.jar;.;..\..
com.ibm.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient

Ouch, the call failed:
  Fault Code   = SOAP-ENV:Client
  Fault String = No Deserializer found to deserialize a
'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/:Parameter' using encoding style
'null'.


I am runnig 
Tomcat 3.0
IBM-SOAP-1.2
xerces-1.1.1
jdk1.2.2
WinNt 

Am i doing something wrong?
