   Adding headless Service support for NameServer would enable stable DNS-based peer discovery within the cluster. Currently, the operator likely uses a ClusterIP service which does not provide individual pod DNS records.
   
   **Feasibility:** Feasible. Add `clusterIP: None` to the NameServer Service spec. This allows other components to discover individual NameServer pods via `<pod-name>.<svc-name>.<namespace>.svc.cluster.local`.
