   ### What problem would this solve?
   
   dubbo-go currently lacks a Codec-level extension point. In contrast, Dubbo Java provides Serializer and Codec2 SPI extension points, allowing users to customize serialization behavior through standard SPI configuration.
   
   dubbo-go 当前缺少 Codec 级别的扩展点。相比之下，Dubbo Java 提供了 Serializer 和 Codec2 SPI 扩展点，允许用户通过标准 SPI 配置自定义序列化行为
