[I] Installation fails on `cat: _seaweedfs: No such file or directory (os error 2)` [openserverless]

I'm performing the installation as documented in https://openserverless.apache.org/docs/installation/quickstart/#internet-server-configuration
on a cloud hosted Debian 13 system. The installation works fine until
```

cat: _seaweedfs: No such file or directory (os error 2)
cat: _milvus: No such file or directory (os error 2)
Error from server (NotFound): ingresses.networking.k8s.io "apihost" not found
ops: Failed to run task "kubeget": exit status 1
task execution error: ops: Failed to run task "kubeget": exit status 1
ops: Command "ops util kubeget ingress/apihost .spec.rules[0].host
" failed: exit status 1
task execution error: ops: Command "ops util kubeget ingress/apihost .spec.rules[0].host
" failed: exit status 1
ops: Failed to run task "server": exit status 1
task execution error: ops: Failed to run task "server": exit status 1
```
Not sure what the problem is, and what to do!

this is a know issue we are already working on. the workaround is ops config slim for now.
