Sing in/out with different accounts which have vary permissions access cause wrong access to views on UI.

STR:
- create new user via Admin View with CLUSTER.READ permission
- log out
- log in with created user
- check view list on menu
- Expected: Ambari Admin View absent
- Refresh page
- check view list on menu
- As expected "No views" caption showed
- log out
- sign in as admin
- check view list on menu
- Expected: Views are available
- Refresh page
- check view list on menu
- As expected views are shown in the list
