Please post later issues in English if you can. For this one, I'm happy to translate. Please verify I've translated correctly:
 

"Navigation to CSS class declarations does not work.

"Tried it with . . .
 * Ctrl-B
 * right-click, Navigate - go to declaration
 * ctrl + left click

"There's no response.

"Sometimes there's a message in the lower part of the window that says that the class declaration can't be found."

Since I've never used NetBeans for HTML or PHP (aside from Javadoc), I can't try to reproduce right now...
