Update integration test documentation to reflect the new bulkload handling in continuous backup. Add tests to validate:
 * Continuous backup capturing bulkloads.

 * Incremental backup reusing bulkloads from continuous backup.

 * PITR restore correctness with mixed WAL and bulkload data.
