[I] SplashScreen background color not updating when using cordova prepare ios [cordova-ios]

   ## Problem
   
   ### What is expected to happen?
   When changing the value of the preference `SplashScreenBackgroundColor`, then doing `cordova prepare ios`, the background color is not up to date. Removing and adding the platform again fixes the issue.
   
   
   ### Environment, Platform, Device
   cordova 12.0.0 (cordova-lib@12.0.2)
   cordova ios 7.1.1
