Move bundelists from components to /launchers/bundelists

Hi,

I have created

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STANBOL-806

which is for moving all bundlelists from the different components into
/launchers/bundlelists.

The reason for this is the release management. Bundlelists are not
automatically updated during a release. Therefore, I suggest to keep them
separate and update them independent of component releases.
