extension property mapping

Hello all,
  I was looking in the ExtensionElementMapping and noticed that it

import org.apache.fop.fo.properties.ExtensionPropertyMapping;

I cannot find this class.  Am I missing something?
How do I map extension element properties so that they are not "ignored" by
FOP?
