Surefire Release

Hi,

For anyone who doesn't explicitly set the version of surefire used  
beware of pulling in 2.3 if you are using java agents as we just  
realized from some feedback in the OpenEJB build that tests will  
break. We'll try to fix that up and get out a fix release asap.
