FYI: Improvement to TLD javadoc

Thanks again to Marty Bosak for his fix for MYFACES-92.  Now the TLD
javadoc has the attributes sorted in alphabetical order.  This is a
big improvement!

Another improvement that I would like to see eventually is separate
javadoc for api+impl, shared, and components + goodies.  We should
talk about that when we get to the point of discussing subprojects,
etc.
