   @nkaje In light of the discussion we're having about using existing factory-written OTP data to obtain the HWID. I don't think we need or want a HWID Read/Write API in the script. 
   
   For others reading this, we're proposing to derive the HWID using 6 words of OTP data that are written by Dialog during chip fab. For details see JIRA SM-217
