[ANNOUNCE] Apache ManifoldCF 1.5 has been released!

This major release includes significant new capabilities in both the
platform and the connectors, including federated authority support,
multiple authorization domains, Apache ZooKeeper process coordination,
multiple agents processes, support for SharePoint Claims-based
authorization, an email connector, and a revamped look-and-feel.
