Summary:
1) Upgrade OMDataSource to have a mechanism to indicate that it has the data stored in an OMElement tree.
2) Change OMSourcedElement.forceExpand to intelligently determine if the expanded tree should be built from the OMDataSource's XMLStreamReader or OMElement tree.
3) Hook up ADBDataSource to use this capability.
