Webinterface with upload capability?

Hi all,

does anybody know of a webinterface to subversion that allows upload of  
files? Now after the availability of WebDAV, such a system should be  
possible, or am I wrong?

How are you accessing the svn ?

If you are using svn+ssh, users can change the
password after logging into the shell. Alternatively,
you can give them a web interface to change the shell
password. Check this
