Re: Is JSF ready? Need advice on Struts componenets versus JSF components.

Now for some real professional.....work related Struts versus JSF dialog.

I am really struggling right with JSF versus Struts for a current project. I need to develop a dynamic Grid Form where users will be inputting data in the Grid Form. The Grid From will need to be dynamic (the users will need to be able to delete rows and add rows to the Grid Form). In addition, I will need a Calendar Control where the users will click on a specific date on a the Calendar Control and the Data Grid will allow the users to display and update data for the date the users have clicked on.

I found a great article on creating a dynamic forms in Struts here:
http://www.developer.com/java/ent/article.php/3567701
and here:
http://www.developer.com/java/ejb/article.php/10931_3321521_1

So for I have not found a Sruts server side dynamic clickable calendar control for the users to click on.

I am currently downloading the early release of "Get It – Java Studio Creator 2 Early Access"
http://developers.sun.com/prodtech/javatools/jscreator/ea/jsc2/downloads/
so I can play around with what JSF has to offer as far as Calendar Controls.

Does anyone know of a calendar control for Struts? I am not looking for JavaScript calendar control; I want a calendar control that displays an entire calender for a single month that is server side Struts based.

Are Tiles in Struts and Tiles in JSF the same?

I am gathering that Tiles are Tiles right? Tiles in Struts are the same
as Tiles in JSF?
