Changes since 2.16:

    Added the Apache::FakeSSI class, which implements server-side
    includes in pure-perl so that its output can be filtered via
    Apache::Filter.  Note that its <!--#exec cgi="..."--> isn't
    functional yet.

    Fixed a problem with the MANIFEST - file t/docs.check/16 was missing.
