Resolution: Fixed
I have tested building with CDC/FP 1.1 libraries on
729031 (the version just before Ricks revert of his patches) - which fails to build with the 1.0 libraries, but builds OK with the 1.1 libraries
and
trunk - which builds OK (with 1.0 and 1.1)
