[ANN] Pierre De Rop added to the PMC

Hi all,

Due to his sustained interest in the Apache Felix project and his continued contributions to various sub projects, the Apache Felix PMC decided to invite Pierre De Rop to become a member of the Apache Felix PMC. An invitation Pierre accepted.

Congratulations, Pierre, and thank you very much for your support. Keep up the good work !
