The official Helm stable and incubator repos moved to a new location, which is a breaking change for charts referencing dependencies in the old location. The NEXUS helm chart must update dependency references to use the new urls: [https://charts.helm.sh/stable] for stable and [https://charts.helm.sh/incubator] for incubator.
