Hi,

When building a library using icu, the icu headers are included by a -I statement
in CXXFLAGS. But this statement is placed before the -I
$(XERCES_BUILD_DIR)/include statement. Therefore if you have icu headers in
/usr/include/unicode and a old xerces version installed in /usr/include/xercesc,
the build will fail since during compilation the files from /usr/include/xerces
will be included. I use a simple workaround by passing -z
-I$(XERCES_BUILD_DIR)/include to runConfigure.

HTH.

Guillaume.
