[gump] symbolic link for latest

Hi,

The main page of gump was broken and points to /gump/latest which didn't 
exist. I looked at changing xdocs, saw that you didn't store html in CVS and 
thought bugger that and added a symbolic link ;) 

So you may want to fix this :)
