decrease DNSBL timepout
Hi
else SURBL, neither of other DNSBL, not answer me,
1-why?
2- how can I decrease these 12 sec?

If not you should install one. If the version is old, you
should update it.

Is there a recent version of Net::DNS installed on your system?
