How to change the encoding

Hi All,

	I want to change the encoding from UTF-8 to ISO. How do I change it?
By setting it using the function setEncodingStyleURI(). If yes then what is
parameter that I should pass? Please help me out. Any suggestions would be
of great help. Thanks in advance.
