MessageContext highFidelity flag

Hi,

I have a service deployed with the standard Axis Servlet (using Axis
1.1) is there anyway to turn off the highFidelity flag in the
MessageContext, I'm doing doc/literal SOAP, so have no need for the
EventRecorder overhead.
