The module you are trying to use is not (binary-) compatible with your version
of Apache. As you can see by the dates (found 20020628, need 20020903), Apache
needs a newer version of PHP. This is not a bug of Apache.

As a solution try to use a newer version of PHP, for example from the daily
snapshots, which you can find here:
http://snaps.php.net/

Another solution would be to build the module from the sources by yourself.
