access remote jpg

How do I display a jpg image the a URL like:
http://static-r.arttoday.com/thb/thb13/JU/5366_C00347/4559477.thb.jpg?dlsmC0
034765

I can point to...
http://www.absnetwork.com.au/abs_consult-106079.jpg
...but not the 1st one.

I assume its because of the "?dlsmC0034765" after the jpg, so how should I
represent this in the sitemap?
