Guththila tests updated, coverage snapshot available

I've finished migrating the Guththila tests to GTest.  They were in
pretty bad shape.  I don't know if there was an API change between when
the tests were originally written and now, but there were a bunch of
issues with function names, parameter orders, etc. - they wouldn't
compile without a bit of work.  At any rate, they're fixed.
