Expected behavior:
In this video, you can see that Tree map..., Map... , 2 heat maps and Sunburst... are not showing in the tree structure, while some charts have duplicate.

This is caused by the charts having been renamed on the dashboard. For instance, the chart "Sunburst of Country & Clinical Stages" is actually the "Vaccine Candidates per Country & Stage" chart. The appropriate fix is to display the overridden chart name in the scoping panel where available.
